Konstantin Anatolievich Mashinsky has been appointed as Senior Vice President and the Head of Corporate Management and Organization Development Unit of PJSC Stroytransgaz.
Before joining Stroytransgaz, Mr. Mashinsky had been working for SIBUR that he had joined in 2004. He headed the Distressed Assets Management Department and Legal Department. Between 2009 and 2012 Mr. Mashinsky held the post of Vice President for organizational policy. In January 2012, Konstantin Mashinsky was appointed as Managing Director of SIBUR Limited, which is the management company of SIBUR Holding CJSC.

Konstantin Mashinsky was born on January 27, 1971, in Vladivostok. Mr. Mashinsky graduated from the Legal Department of Saint Petersburg State University, has the degree of Master of International Law (Washington College of Law, American University, USA). In 2009, he graduated from IMD Business School (Lausanne, Switzerland) having completed the Executives Development program.
