Some new appointments took place in the Stroytransgaz management. Ruslan Nikolaevich Stukalov was appointed Senior Vice-President and Head of Business Unit “Finance and Economy”. Mikhail Vladimirovich Khryapov took the office of Senior Vice-President and Head of Business Unit “Energy Construction”.

Before joining Stroytransgaz, since 2005, Ruslan Stukalov worked for SIBUR, where he first headed a business unit for economy and finance in the hydrocarbon crude directorate, then the internal audit department, a business unit for economy and finance in the plastic and organic synthesis directorate. Prior to SIBUR, Ruslan Stukalov had worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers international audit company for 5 years, in the department of rendering consulting to fuel and power companies and mining companies.

Mikhail Khrypapov, before he came to Stroytransgaz, worked as an adviser to Director General of JSC “Ural Power Engineering Construction Company”. From 2004 to 2011 he occupied the office of Director General of CJSC “EurasFinance Managing Company”. Additionally, Mikhail Khryapov is a member of the expert board, attached to RF State Duma Committee for Energy.
