On April 11,2013 PJSC Stroytransgaz has redeemed non-convertible interest-bearing documentary bearer bonds of 03 series in the amount of 5,000,000 shares.
The company has paid the bondholders the 10th coupon yield in the amount of 42 roubles and 38 kopecks per bond that corresponds to a rate of 8.50% per annum.
The issue of non-convertible interest-bearing documentary bearer bonds of 03 series was registered on June 22, 2007.
