Stroytransgaz Group of Companies and CJSC Stroyputinvest have agreed to cooperate in construction of railways and other transport infrastructure. In line with the signed framework agreement on terms of cooperation, Stroytransgaz GC acquires 25% plus 1 share of Stroyputinvest. The agreement provides for the possibility to increase this portfolio up to 100% in the future.
Stroytransgaz Group of Companies is one of the major construction companies in Russia. Core businesses of the company include construction energy, oil and gas and petrochemical facilities, as well as industrial ecology projects.
CJSC Stroyputinvest was established in 2004. The company’s main business activities are centered around construction and reconstruction of railway terminals (extensions of station tracks), construction, reconstruction and major overhaul of civil works, general construction works along with performing as the general contractor and general designer.
