Algeria has positively evaluated the cooperation with STG

In Algeria, they “positively evaluate the work of Rosneft and Stroytransgaz and are interested in expanding their work in the Algerian market,” said Valentina Matviyenko, Chairperson of the Federation Council, to journalists on May 13^th, when summarizing the results of meetings with representatives of the leadership of this country.

According to the Speaker, “specific pragmatic things” have been discussed during negotiations, including the enhancement of efficiency of the intergovernmental commission on commercial and economic cooperation between the two countries.

“The idea is to diversify our mutual trade and expand cooperation between the companies, the business in Russia and Algeria, to use the Russian-Arab Business Council and the Russian-Algerian Business Council,” Matvienko explained.

“We have to move on to new formats of interaction, to creation of joint ventures, and expansion of the investment cooperation,” the politician pointed out.
