STG PJSC admitted to the Russian-Chinese Business Council

PJSC Stroytransgaz was admitted to the non-profit partnership Russian-Chinese Business Council (RCBC). The decision on joining the Council was unanimously taken by the RCBC members at the Council’s extraordinary meeting.

The entry into the Russian-Chinese Business Council is an important step for the company in terms of development of its international business. RCBC opens up a wide range of opportunities to develop cooperation and interaction with Chinese partners, including establishment of direct business contacts, execution of joint projects, both within Russia and China. RCBC provides fundamental support to the bilateral dialogue and opens up huge opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation.

So far, the Russian part of the RCBC unites more than 50 major Russian enterprises, associations and associations of entrepreneurs involved in business with China. The Chinese part of RCBC functions on the basis of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and comprises more than 40 largest enterprises of the PRC. At the present moment, with direct support of RCBC, 28 large-scale Russian-Chinese projects are implemented, totaling more than 400 billion roubles.

An agreement on establishing the Russian-Chinese Business Council (RCBC) was signed on October 14th, 2004 in Beijing in the presence of the heads of states of Russia and China.
