PJSC STG finalized the transaction for acquisition of a stake in LLC STG-Eco

PJSC STG has finalized the transaction for acquisition of a stake in the amount of 49% in the authorized capital of LLC STG-Eco. 51% is owned by individuals, including the general director of STG-Eco Alexander Rabinovich (49%). The acquisition was completed as part of the long-term strategy of STG Group for providing its clients with the package solutions in industrial ecology. STG-Eco’s clients are large holdings of Russia including JSC INTER RAO UES, JSC Gazprom Neft, State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, JSC Russian Railways (JSC RZD), constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipal administration of Moscow region, companies of STG Group.

STG-Eco provided ecological services under such major projects as construction of the Olympic road Adler-Alpika-Service Mountain Resort Route and Western High-Speed Diameter in St Petersburg, developed the long-term investment program for production and consumption waste management for the Republic of Karelia until 2014 and many other projects.

At the present time, portfolio of STG-Eco includes around 20 projects totaling up to 2 RUB bn. By 2017, the company is planning to increase the volume of orders by more than 3 times.

Current projects of STG-Eco involve environmental support for construction of the Arctic year-round oil loading terminal at Novoportovskoye field, reconstruction of CHP landfills, preconstruction activities with regard to reclamation of worked-out landfills for solid wastes in Moscow region under the Federal Special Purpose Program 2014-2025  Elimination of Accumulated Environmental Damage and others.
