The reclamation project for the Bykovo landfill has undergone the state expert review

STG-Eco LLC has carried out engineering surveys and developed design and estimate documentation with regard to the reclamation of soils at the "Bykovo" solid municipal waste (SMW) landfill. As per Customer's requirements, STG-Eco has planned a number of activities to reduce the environmental impact of the landfill site. The project has been approved by the Moscow Region State Expert Review. 

The Customer under the project is the Administration of the Pavlo-Posadsky municipal district. 

The landfill is located in Rakhmanovsky rural district, 3.5 km from the town of Pavlovsky Posad, and has been in operation since 1966. The area of the land allocated for the landfill is 10.09 ha.  The approximate volume of accumulated wastes is about 430,000 tons, the landfill height is 11 m.Landfill reclamation will be performed within the framework of the Federal Target Program “Elimination of the Accumulated Environmental Damage” for the period 2014-2025.
