JSC Gazprom neft and LLC Stroytransgaz-M signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement

JSC Gazprom neft and LLC Stroytransgaz-M (STGM), being a part of STG Group (GC STG), signed the Strategic Partnership Agreement. The Partners intend to join their resources and efforts with regard to improving the production works and services provided by STGM under execution of large projects.

Gazprom neft and STGM have been fostering cooperation since 2012 during execution of large projects with regard to the development of Novoportovskoye oil field in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. STGM acts as a general contractor with regard to construction of an oil pipeline of “CGP (Central Gathering Plant) of Novoportovskoe field - Delivery and acceptance station "Mys Kamenny”, line 1 and 2, etc.

The signing of the Strategic Partnership Agreement will allow the companies to solve a set of tasks with regard to a wide range of aspects including the construction and installation works, creation and monitoring of calendar network models of work progress, developing integrated schedules for construction, introduction of innovative technological solutions, exchange of information in the sphere of technical basis for construction, and etc. One of the priority areas is STGM's participation in the search and supply of materials and equipment, including within the framework of their import substitution.
