Stroytransgaz-M will perform construction of integrated gas treatment plant of Novoportovskoye Field for “Gazpromneft”

STGM LLC, a member of STG Group, has signed a contract with JSC “Gazpromneft Novy Port” for construction of integrated gas treatment plant of Novoportovskoye oil and gas condensate field. Commissioning of the plant will allow “Gazpromneft” to utilize up to 95% of oil associated gas at Novoportovskoye Field.

STGM LLC will act as general contractor of the project and ensure supply of materials, performance of construction and installation, start-up and commissioning works. Several contractor organizations will be involved in the project execution including CJSC “Trust Koksokhimmontazh”.

STGM will perform the first three out of four stages of construction of integrated gas treatment plant. At present, piling works are in progress. By early 2017, the Company will erect a number of facilities allowing to provide oil-associated gas treatment in the amount of 4 bln cub. m/year. In the longer term “Gazpromneft Novy Port” intends to increase productivity of the integrated gas treatment plant and to achieve gas utilization volume of 7 bln cub. m/year.

In the framework of the project STGM will install eight gas pumping units of high, medium and low pressure with the auxiliary equipment. Moreover, the Company will erect the complex of integrated gas treatment plant facilities consisting of gas pumping terminal, adsorption dehydration unit, feed drums, fuel gas treatment unit, boiler house, gas disposal system, metering unit, process pipeline system and general plant facilities. The integrated gas treatment plant will be constructed in the Arctic climate, in the natural permafrost zone with extremely low trafficability. Transportation of necessary materials will be performed by water and winter snow road. Completion of the commissioning work is scheduled for December 2017.
