STG to build 276 km of Leningradskaya-Belozerskaya power transmission line

Stroytransgaz from the STG Group has signed a contract with FGC UES for construction of a 276km section of the Leningradskaya-Belozerskaya 750kV OHL. The cost of STG’s works will amount to 11.7 bn RUB.

The total length of the Leningradskaya-Belozerskaya power transmission line will near 457 km. STG will build a line section starting from the 750kV extra-high voltage Belozerskaya substation and ending at the ‘ang.44’ point.

STG’s scope of works includes registration of land rights for the construction period, supply of materials, construction and installation work and precommissioning.

The project is scheduled to be energized in August 2017, and works will finally be completed by May 2018.
