PJSC Stroytransgaz will perform overhaul of bridges in the Moscow Region

PJSC Stroytransgaz (STG Group) has won the tender and signed a contract to carry out overhaul of bridges in the Moscow Region. The customer is the State Budgetary Institution of the Moscow Region “Mosavtodor”. The cost of the contract is 443 mln rubles.

Within the framework of the project, Stroytransgaz will carry out the repair of the overpass at the 35th km of Kashira Highway, a pontoon bridge across the Moscow River in Cherkizovo village and 8 bridge crossings in different parts of the Moscow Region.

The scope of work includes the following: removal and replacement of the bridge road bed including installation of strengthening bridge slabs, repair of beams, pillars and expansion grooves, rebuilding of the safety fence and railing, complete replacement of asphalt on the approaches and repair of the road base, as well as repair of the cones.

A contra-flow traffic system with traffic lights or road signs will be organized on six sites during the repair works. As for the remaining four sites, the traffic will be blocked off completely during the repair process and special detour routes will be developed.

The works are scheduled for completion in December 2016.
