PJSC Stroytrangaz is renamed as JSC “Stroytransgaz”

Public Joint Stock Company “Stroytransgaz” (STG Group) is renamed as Joint Stock Company Stroytransgaz. Abbreviated name of the company is JSC “Stroytransgaz”.

State registration of the Charter of JSC STG was completed on March 17, 2016.

Full name of the Company in English is Joint Stock Company “Stroytransgaz”, abbreviated name is JSC “STG”.

The company is renamed due to the fact that “Stroytransgaz” is non-public company: shares of JSC “STG” are not placed by open subscription among unlimited number of persons, they are not publicly traded and are not offered for purchase to an unlimited number of persons under the conditions set forth by the Security Market Law.

Joint-Stock Company is the most common organizational and legal form for large and middle businesses. Before 01.09.2014 the Civil Code of Russia applied classification into open and closed JSC however after the change of legislation in Russia the classification into public and non-public joint-stock companies is used.
