There is no salary debt owed to the constructors of the Nizhny Novgorod Stadium

On March 2016 the head of the construction in Nizhny Novgorod by PJSC Stroytransgaz Alexey Anikin commented on the information about the complaints of the workers of the subcontractor LLC MaNa Stroy for the arrears in salary payment.

As Alexey Anikin said, all the workers are at the construction site. “The cases of no-show of LLC MaNa Stroy workers at the site took place last week and lasted for 2-3 days. This happened because the subcontracting organisation violated the payroll schedule. After PJSC Stroytransgaz intervened in the situation, the subcontractor fulfilled all his financial commitments towards the workers. I personally visited the construction site and asked if there is any wage debt present. For now there is no such signals anymore”, - he noted.

The head of the construction underlined, that there is no payment arrears for the works performed on the part of STG. PJSC Stroytransgaz meets its commitments concerning payments to all the subcontractors without any delays. Besides, in case with LLC MaNa Stroy the works have been paid in advance. STG makes practice of collaboration with advance payments with the majority of its contractors. There is no complaints for the general contractor on the part of regulatory authorities”, - Anikin said.

The situation with no-show of the workers at the site did not have any impact on the process of construction of the stadium, the works continue to be implemented in accordance with the approved schedule. For now the construction of the second floor in Nizhny Novgorod is being implemented ahead of schedule. Three of the four sectors of the second floor will be erected a month ahead of schedule prescribed by the contract - in the end of March, the fourth sector - two weeks ahead of schedule - in the middle of April For now 425 of 558 supporting reinforced concrete columns have been erected. The total area of the implemented concrete floor slab of the second  floor is 12 200 sq. meters. For now more than 1 km of the on-site utilities - storm water and wastewater disposal piping has been laid. Altogether more than 10 kilometers of pipes shall be laid within the perimeter of the future stadium. These pipes will serve for water and heating supply, water disposal and storm water discharge.
