PJSC Stroytransgaz has got engineering survey authorization

PJSC Stroytransgaz has expanded its competencies and got the authorization to perform new types of work. According to the authorization certificate the Company can carry out engineering survey using its own resources in relation to capital construction projects including highly hazardous and technically challenging facilities (except for nuclear energy usage facilities). The certificate is issued by self-regulating organization Association of Surveyors “Regional Alliance of Surveyors” (AI RAI).

PJSC STG is granted the right to perform all types of survey of the construction site including works involving engineering geodetic, geological, hydrometeorological, ecological and geotechnical survey works. Moreover, PJSC Stroytransgaz can explore the soil conditions of foundations of buildings and structures.

In accordance with the current law of the Russian Federation, since January 1, 2010 licenses for construction and design of buildings and structures are ceased to be issued. Therefore, the works shall be done in accordance with special authorizations issued by self-regulating organizations.

The certificate issued by AI RAI is a mandatory pre-requisite for participation in tenders which stipulate performance of construction site survey work. AI RAI has established high level requirements to its members, participants of the Russian construction sector. Receipt of the stated certificate confirms high level of standards adopted by STG.
