JSC Stroytransgaz presents its December 2016 Photo Report on construction of Nizhny Novgorod Stadium.

On-site works on the assembly and installation of the roof steel structures are underway. A translucent polycarbonate roof, with an area of over 57 thousand m2, will be installed in 2017.

To date, the builders closed the inner load-bearing ring of the roof over the stands. All 16 modules are in their final position. Supporting structures support the ring at a height of over 40 meters. The total weight of the roof steel structures (including the roof) will be more than 12 thousand tons.

At the same time, we carry out the installation of utility networks inside and outside the building of the stadium (water and sanitation systems, power supply, lighting, heating, ventilation, communications, etc.).

More than 1,000 people are engaged in construction works, including employees of the construction management team, technical staff and workers. The stadium is constructed in accordance with the schedule and will be completed at the end of 2017.
