A large-scale construction is carried out both on land and in the water area. On the left bank of the Samara River, builders have begun the pre-assembly of the third part of the bridge superstructure. The first two, with a total length of 196.5 m, have been already pushed longitudinally towards the right bank. The construction of piers No.3 and No.4 also continues. Six of the eight bridge supports across the Samara River have been completed by now.

The construction Project includes erection of the six-lane composite-girder bridge over the Samara River (667 m long with a 22 m wide carriageway), reinforced-concrete bridge over the boggy Bannoye Lake (79.6 m long), construction of two interchanges at Shosseynaya Street and Frunze Street, five retaining walls made of cast in-situ reinforced concrete, and an over 70 m long overpass located at the ramp over the main route motorway. The new motorway will be 2.67 km long.
