Installation of the Facade at Nizhny Novgorod Stadium has been Completed

Stroytransgaz completed the installation of the facade made of windproof membranes with a total area of about 10 thousand. sq.m at Nizhny Novgorod Stadium. White and blue canvases behind the “belt” of trihedral monolithic columns are made of high-strength polyvinyl chloride.

The generated pattern corresponds to the architectural concept of Nizhny Novgorod Stadium, which is made in a single color scheme, thus reviving the associations with water and wind that are part of the Volga nature.

At present, the interior premises of the Stadium are experiencing fine finish operations, and the facility is being adapted to the regime of the 2018 World Cup.

The arena will host 6 matches of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russiatm, including quarter-final. The first test match at the Stadium is scheduled for April 15, 2018.
