The last, 11th stage of launching is currently in progress. Upon its completion the 559.7 m long structure with the weight of 8,150 t will be set in its design position between the second and seventh bridge pillars. The builders will proceed with installation of remaining sections of the superstructure using cranes: the right-bank crane between pillars 1 and 2 and the left-bank crane between pillars 7 and 8.

The whole launching process is carried out under continuous supervision of experts from the proprietary nondestructive testing laboratory of JSC STG.
