Transportation Minister Aleksey Guerjik handed Awards to Road Builders

The Moscow Region Government Hall hosted a ceremony of presenting road builders with government and corporate awards. Transportation and Road Infrastructure Minister Aleksey Guerjik handed out awards to more than 40 people.

Pursuant to Ordinance by Moscow Region Governor Andrey Vorobyov, Minister Guerjik handed out Governor’s letters of acknowledgment recognizing high proficiency, great contribution to the development of the road sector in the Moscow Region to Mikhail Tkachenko, incorporator of VTMdorproekt, Vladislav Pototskiy, Director of Infrastructure Construction Unit at Stroytransgaz, Vladimir Ofrin, incorporator of Stroyindustriya-V, Leonard Naguiev, Deputy CEO of Dorbostservis, Vyacheslav Petushenko, Russian Highways Chairman, and others.

“Year by year, we have been increasing the speed of construction and repairs - we deliver large infrastructure projects that are key to the development of transport links between communities, to the development of remote areas and local economy as a whole. I appreciate the heroism and responsibility you have always taken in fulfilling any task. The result of your effort can be seen by every one living in the Moscow Region. I thank you for your service, for making our local and regional roads better,” said Minister Guerjik, commending those awarded for good performance.

Also, managers of Mosavtodor and Road Construction Directorate, organizations under the authority of the Transportation and Road Infrastructure Ministry, presented their employees with certificates of honor and letters of gratitude during the event.
