Photoreport on the Construction of ‘Polyany’ Multi-Purpose Centre

Stroytransgaz JSC is implementing the ‘Polyany’ charitable project in the Ryazan region. The centre for families with adopted children named ‘Polyany’ will be built near the town of Klyuch. The multi-purpose centre will work with the families with adopted children and allow them to exchange experience with other such families. The project implementation will play an important social role as the centre will give professional advice and support to families, improve parental competences, assist in solving problems. These are important areas of social work that help fulfilling the strategic tasks set by the President of the country in the framework of national projects and in the long-term Concept of State Family Policy. The centre will become a contemporary public space, a real house of hospitality.

Since the beginning of construction in this September, preparatory activities have been completed in the area allocated for the child centre, a fire access road, a car park, and a boiler house with a sanitary protection zone. The entire scope of earthworks (construction and installation) has been completed using equipment and own resources.

All civil works below the ground elevation* have been finished. An 3000 m³ foundation pit has been excavated. Monolithic foundation systems, column bases** and foundation beams totalling 150 m³ have been arranged.

* Finished floor level of the ground floor
** Reinforced column bases are used for deep foundations and for the distribution of load in standard framework structures, due to which the column shaft is supported by a monolithic base.

For the purposes of compaction, the foundation was backfilled with 2700 m³ of soil.

According to the approved road map, we are actively erecting above-ground cast-in-situ structures of future buildings.

The end of construction is scheduled in summer 2020.
