The number of children whose parents are deprived of their parental rights is steadily growing every year in Russia. One of the most effective tools for social protection of such children, alternative to orphanages and residential care facilities, is a foster family.

Ryazan region is on the list of regions that are actively involved in the development of the foster family institution. For example, since 2012, Klyuch town has been operating in the Ryazan region. Only families bringing up orphans and children left without parental care live in it.

This year, the process of developing the foster family institution and improving the quality of life of such families in the Ryazan region will reach a new level - a multifunctional Polyana Centre will appear near Klyuch town. The centre will become a modern public space, a real house of hospitality. Project realization will play an important social role - professional consultations and support of foster families, raising parental competencies, assistance in solving difficulties will be held at the centre. The construction of this centre is carried out by AO Stroytransgaz.

Centre construction has been carried out since September 2019, and the high pace of work taken from the very beginning, given the high social significance of the facility, has never decreased.

To date, the installation of all monolithic structures of the future Centre has already been completed. For this purpose 1000 cubic meters of concrete were used. It is planned to complete brickwork and internal partitions in May. The total aboveground area of the Center will be more than 1,800 square meters.

At the same time, amphitheatre flooring metal structures are being constructed. The amphitheatre will become a composite unifying centre of the building, amateur performances, conferences, video shows and other events will be held here. There will be skylights in the roof - the glazed part of the finishing, due to which the amphitheatre will be lit with natural light. Day-lighting is designed to create an atmosphere of a welcoming common home.

In the nearest future, finishing work will begin - glazing, the installation of internal and external utility networks, interior finishing.

Construction completion is scheduled for the summer of 2020.
