Energy Infrastructure for Connection of MTEC Built in Kaliningrad

Eastern site

Rosseti has completed the energy infrastructure for connection of the museum, theatrical and educational complex being built by STG JSC in Kaliningrad.

Rosseti Yantar ensured the output of 3.1 MW. To achieve that, two 10 kV transformer substations for 4 MVA have been built and 2.9 km of 10 kV cable lines have been laid. In line with the construction phases, the complex will be provided with another 3.8 MW.

MTEC is being built at two sites of the Oktyabrsky island. The Western site will accommodate the branches of the Tretyakov Gallery and the Boilshoi Theatre, the Higher School of Music and Theatre Arts. The builders are finishing to concrete the foundation slab of the future museum complex here.

The Eastern site is witnessing the construction of academic buildings, boarding schools and the hall of residence. The construction of inner and outer walls, partitions, finishing and roofing works, and the installation of facades are in progress. The area is being prepared for sports grounds. The construction of on-site and off-site utility networks is underway. The residential buildings for artists and teachers are also being built dynamically.
