Overview Video of a Cultural and Educational Complex construction in Vladivostok (November, 2020)

We would like to give to your attention a new Overview Video of the Museum, Theatrical and Educational Complexes construction progress in Vladivostok, one of four cities where the project is being implemented under a special order of V.V. Putin, President of the Russian Federation.

Russky Island, where a large-scale educational complex is being built, is a primary area for the main activities. The total building area is 120,000 sq.m.

The Complex will integrate an educational complex combining an Educational Center for 550 seats with a canteen and a swimming pool, a branch of the Central Music School at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory and the Choreographic Academy, a branch of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography.

In these buildings, concreting of vertical structures, bricklaying of inner and outer walls, roofing activities are under execution. The educational buildings and boarding schools for students will be interconnected by winterized "aerial" passages.

Additionally, the territory will comprise a dormitory for 150 beds, two boarding schools for students of educational institutions and three apartment buildings for teachers and artists. Each of the apartment buildings has already 5 nos. built floors out of 7 nos.

Construction of retaining reinforced concrete walls designed to strengthen the slopes is in progress. The educational complex is located in a hilly area, so seven retaining walls with a total length of more than 1 km will be constructed here.

Arrangement of in-site utility networks - last week, experts started installing power supply networks. The total length of the utilities within the complex on the island Russky will be over 34 000 meters.
