JSC Stroytransgaz Commissions the Largest Building of the Lyubimov Residential Complex in the Perm Territory

In the Lyubimov residential complex (Perm Territory, Berezniki), a building located at 10 Stroiteley Street has been commissioned for those Berezniki residents whose houses were found unusable due to a man-made accident. The respective permit was issued by the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Berezniki Administration. JSC Stroytransgaz implemented the construction project.

The 19-storey building at 10 Stroiteley Street has the largest number of apartments in the new residential complex. The new building area to be occupied by 540 families of Berezniki residents soon is 27.2 thousand square meters. The customer of the microdistrict construction on the Right Bank of Berezniki is the Perm Territory Development Corporation.

Currently, preparation of the apartments for transfer to the owners, as well as cleaning of common areas and premises are underway. Keys to the apartments will be handed over starting April by previous appointment.

As a reminder, Igor Komarov, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President for the Volga Federal District, and Dmitry Makhonin, Governor of the Perm Territory, inspected the construction progress of the building at 10 Stroiteley Street during a business trip in February. Igor Komarov highly appreciated the approach of the Kama Region authorities to cooperation with contractors and acceleration of construction: “We see that work is underway, there is a noticeable progress in the integrated approach application, there are many organizational changes including with regard to the timing and construction pace. I hope that in the coming year we will see that Lyubimov is becoming an example both for the Perm Territory and for other regions as a comfortable amenity-rich area where people will be happy to live.”

In turn, Dmitry Makhonin, Head of the Region, emphasized that quality should not be sacrificed in pursuit of deadlines: residents should receive comfortable apartments that fully comply with construction standards. “Previously, there were many complaints about the quality of housing in the new microdistrict. Numerous complaints were received in social networks. I instructed to pay special attention to the quality when transferring apartments to future tenants, timely eliminate deficiencies, if any, listen to people’s opinion. People have been waiting for new housing for so long that we may not disappoint them. The apartments must meet all the standards,” he said.

The Mashinostroitel stadium in Pskov under reconstruction by Stroytransgaz is almost completed. The Mashinostroitel stadium is located in the historical part of Pskov; it was built in 1953 for a now-defunct football club of the same name; at different times the stadium was known as Spartak and Trudovye Rezervy.

You can see what the reconstructed Mashinostroitel stadium looks like today in our photo report below and video posted by Aleksandr Konovalov, Head of the Pskov Region Football Federation, Deputy Head of the Pskov Administration, on his Instagram page.

The facility is almost completed. All that remains is to rubber-coat the run tracks and track-and-field sectors. This requires stable positive temperatures of around +10 oC.

According to the design, a track-and-field hall will be located under the big stand. There will be changing rooms and everything related to football and track-and-field athletics. On the second floor, there are two gyms, on the third floor – premises for wrestling and aerobics. Fencing and cycling halls will be situated under the small stand.

The reconstructed Mashinostroitel stadium will be commissioned by the end of spring. The Mashinostroitel stadium will become a place for training highly qualified sportsmen, mass physical culture and sports work, health-improving physical training and activities, as well as a place for cultural events. The stadium will be able to host competitions at the level of the 2nd division of the National Football Championship (PFL).

JSC Stroytransgaz Signs a Contract for Reconstruction of the Bridge Across the Ayan-Yuryakh River in the Magadan Region

JSC Stroytransgaz won the tender and signed a contract for reconstruction of the 352-meter-long bridge across the Ayan-Yuryakh River in the Magadan Region.

The company will carry out earthwork, reinforcement work, construction of small artificial structures, pavement arrangement, road improvement, as well as take additional measures to increase the erosion-resistance of the bridge cones. The project owner is the Magadan Regional State Government Institution Administration for the Operation and Construction of Road Transportation Complex. The project will be part of the Safe and High-Quality Roads Russian national project.

The area where the bridge is located belongs to the forest-tundra and tundra climatic zones and is featured by sharply continental climate with severe, very cold and long winters from October to April. The bridge location includes permafrost soils that tend to subside during the thawing period. So, the whole project will be implemented during the warm season from May to September to prevent deformation of the bridge after reconstruction. The deadline under the state contract is 2024.

There are no railways in the Magadan Region, so motor roads is the main transportation channel for almost all freight and passenger carriages within the region. The proper quality of the bridge roadbed and protection of its structures from erosion and flooding will ensure safe and uninterrupted traffic across the bridge.
