Vaccination of JSC STG-Siberia’s Employees is Arranged in its Office and at the Facilities

Vaccination of employees of the JSC STG-Siberia subsidiary that is part of Stroytransgaz Group is arranged in its office and at the facilities.Stroytransgaz Group, one of the largest construction companies in Russia, is building a Siberian cultural cluster ordered by the Social and Cultural Projects Fund National Cultural Heritage.

In Kemerovo, against the backdrop of another wave of COVID-19, the Company's management decided to arrange for the field vaccination in the office and directly at construction sites.

As of 15 June 2021, 72 of the 328 employees were vaccinated with the first Sputnik V component.  All the vaccinated pointed out that they did not notice any complications.

“The construction of the Siberian cultural cluster facilities is one of the strategically important projects of the Company,” noted CEO
of JSC Stroytransgaz-Siberia Sergey Sergeevich Mariinsky
. “We cannot miss the commissioning deadline. The new academic year in the branches of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography in Kemerovo and the Central Music School at the Moscow State Conservatory named after P.I. Tchaikovsky must start on time.” A survey was conducted among employees. It turned out that about 80% of specialists are ready to be vaccinated. Therefore, it was decided to invite health care professionals to the office and construction sites.

MD Anna Gennadievna Kobylina, Head of the Polyclinic Department at City Clinical Hospital No. 4, noted:

“It is a right thing that large companies understand how important it is to arrange for vaccinations, including at workplaces. Vaccination is important not only for the disease prevention directly in the vaccinated person, but also in their family members or colleagues in the team. Sometimes, representatives of professions who work outside the office refuse to vaccinate, citing the fact that they work in the fresh air most of the time. However, they all live in society, go shopping, and use public transport. Sure, vaccination does not guarantee that a person will not get sick. But it guarantees that the disease will proceed more easily, without complications, which often lead to the most dire consequences. According to statistics, 5% of patients die from the effects of the coronavirus. These are the specific lives of someone's close and dear people. Providing conditions for non-spread of the pandemic is a challenge for all of us.”

Vaccination is absolutely voluntary.
