Installation of Equipment at Yuryevets Gas Distribution Station Starts in Ivanovo Region

Stroytransgaz JSC has started to install equipment at Yuryevets gas distribution station. In addition, the construction of a gas pipeline branch is underway in Yuryevets District of Ivanovo Region. The commissioning of the gas pipeline will kick off gas infrastructure development in the entire Yuryevets District with 12,000 residents.

The builders welded and laid half of the pipes of Yuryevets-Puchezh high-pressure gas pipeline under construction. The installation of equipment has started at the gas distribution station near Shikhovo village.

"The work is being performed along the entire route of the future gas pipeline by two shifts, 120 workers and 28 pieces of equipment are employed," said Andrey Nadeev, director of Ivanovo branch office of Stroytransgaz.

The high-pressure gas pipeline and the gas distribution station in Yuryevets District has been built since May. These facilities are the starting point for gas infrastructure development in regional settlements. Now, residents have to use stove heating.
