Future internationally renowned civil engineers for construction of unique buildings and structures visited the construction of unique MTEC buildings in Kemerovo. Students of the Construction Institute of Kuzbass State Technical University specialising in the field of unique buildings and structures and in the field of high-rise and oversize buildings and structures are called unique: the demand for these specialists is very high, many of have been already hired by the largest construction companies in Kuzbass. Their presence at the construction site, where the unique museum and theatre complex is erected, was more than seamless. The construction of cultural and educational complexes in four Russian cities at once is a truly unique project, both in scale and in the tasks it addresses. Cultural and educational complexes of this kind have never been built at the same time anywhere in the world.

Sergey Shilov, foreman of Stroytransgaz-Sibir JSC, conducted the tour for students and lecturers of Kuzbass State Technical University. He not only spoke about STG Group and construction of four cultural and educational complexes in the country (Vladivostok, Kemerovo, Southern Russia, Kaliningrad), but also answered professional questions, which the teachers asked the students to cover.

They talked about health and safety, held an improvised safety brief and learned how the construction site is organised. Traditionally, many questions were asked about working conditions and schedules, remuneration and further training. They lingered for a long time at the MTEC visualisation stand.

Sergey Nikolayevich drew the students attention to the logical implementation of the project: a branch of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography with a boarding school has already been built and put into operation; the Siberian Branch of the Central Music School — Academy of Performing Arts with the boarding school; comprehensive school with two swimming pools (for students of Moscow State Choreography Academy and Central School of Music); the Campus of the Siberian Branch of the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts with the stadium; Museum depository with a restoration centre; Residential Building for Teachers of the Education Complex.

Siberian Campus of the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts with the School of Creative Industries has a high degree of completion.

As part of Stroytransgaz-Sibir construction of the Siberian Cultural Complex in Kemerovo, there will also appear the facilities, which the students have visited: Opera and Ballet Theatre (Branch of the State Academic Mariinsky Theatre); Museum & Exhibition Centre (Branch of the Russian Museum); Kuzbass Centre of Arts with Cinema and Concert Complex; Residential Building for theatre actors.
