In 2015, Stroytransgaz Group of companies celebrated its 25th Anniversary. In the quarter of a century, Stroytransgaz evolved from a highly specialised contractor engaged in gas infrastructure construction into a multi-industry group of companies with subsidiaries capable of implementing major turnkey projects in accordance with international standards.
To celebrate the Anniversary, Stroytransgaz participated in Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum 2015, the most important business event in Russia, as a Partner. In the framework of the STG Group business program at SPIEF, an official ceremony of signing of Memorandum on Strategic Cooperation between PJSC STG and Administration of the Krasnoyarsk Territory featuring Viktor Tolokonsky, Governor of the Region, was held.
PJSC STG completed the construction of Leningradskaya NPP-2 – Gatchinskaya overhead power line for the needs of Trunk Power Grids of Northwest, a branch of JSC FGC UES. The length of the 330kV OHPL reached 94.6km.
PJSC STG completed the construction of 500kV Rostovskaya NPP – Tikhoretskaya No. 2 with a length of 360km at the commission of JSC FGC UES.
STG LLC signed a contract with State Budgetary Institution of the Moscow Region “Mosavtodor” for maintenance of engineering structures on public roads within the Moscow Region.
STG LLC commenced construction of Klechovce-Negotino gas pipeline in Macedonia. The total length of the gas pipeline will equal 96.6km, and STG will be responsible for a 61km section thereof.

In 2016, JSC STG celebrated its 10-year anniversary at the energy construction market. It is one of the most innovative and prospective areas within the business diversification framework. The energy sector projects account for about one third of the STG contract portfolio. STG has performed EAD, CIW, and redevelopment of over 20 power substations.
The video on JSC Stroytransgaz won the national corporate video and TV contest “Silver Threads” (“Best Corporate Video. Company Image” category).
JSC Stroytransgaz won the national “Company of the Year 2015” award as the best Russian company in the “Infrastructure Construction” category.
JSC STG implemented a charitable project in the Volgograd Region titled “Navigator”. The project is intended to assist orphaned kids and children left without parental support in social adaptation. Over 120 residents from seven orphanages and boarding schools participated in the project. Following the results of the VII Regional Award for Public Relations Development “Silver Archer-South”, the Navigator Project was named among three best social projects in Southern Russia. Thus, Stroytransgaz continued its operation as a socially responsible company.

JSC STG completed construction of the overpass above the Oktyabrskaya Railway at Firsanovka platform in the urban district of Khimki ahead of the schedule. The new overpass was constructed within the framework of the Free Passage Project to be implemented under the Governor’s Our Moscow Region Program.
JSC STG completed construction of ASP mixture preparation plant at the Zapadno-Salymskoe Field.
JSC STG completed construction of Klechovce – VS 5 Block Valve Station section of Klechovce-Negotino gas pipeline in Macedonia. The project was implemented to secure the repayment of the clearing debt of the former Soviet Union towards the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (SFRY).
JSC STG completed renovation of NGL Plant and expansion of storage facilities at Tobolsk-Neftekhim.
JSC STG participated in the Tom Sawyer Fest, a charitable festival dedicated to reconstruction of buildings in the historical centre of Samara.
JSC STG completed the construction of the sports complex for SKA Ice Hockey Club in Saint Petersburg. The new sports centre with the total area of over 34,000 sq.m is to be used for training of teams under the SKA brand.
JSC STG is building a 7km long City – Mayakovskaya 110kV cable line. The project was implemented for the needs of High Voltage Cable Grids, a branch of MOESK.
A launch ceremony took place at Goryachinskaya 220kV Substation that will provide for power supply of three districts of the Republic of Buryatia.
JSC STG completed the overhaul of Molchanovo 35/6kW Substation located in the Klenovskoye settlement of the Greater Moscow.
JSC STG completed the project on construction of electric grid facilities for Yaroslavskaya (Huadian – Tenin) CHPP. The following facilities were put under voltage: double-circuit overhang of the “Yaroslavskaya – Tutaev, Yaroslavskaya – Yaroslavskaya-1” 220kV OHPL with a length of 11.6km, double-circuit overhang of the “Yaroslavskaya – Tveritskaya, Yaroslavskaya – Yaroslavskaya-2” 220kV OHPL with a length of 29.5km.
JSC STG began construction of Medvedevskaya 110/20 kW digital substation (SS) at the Skolkovo Innovation Centre at the commission of PJSC MOESK. The substation is required to meet the growing power needs of the Innovation Centre.
JSC STG performed overhaul of 10 bridgeworks in the Moscow Region, namely a flyover at the 35th km of Kashirskoe Highway, a pontoon bridge across the Moskva River near Cherkizovo settlement, and 8 bridges in various districts of the Moscow Region.
The corporate university of JSC STG commenced operation. It will allow the company’s employees to receive additional training, exchange experience, and increase their efficiency. The University’s program was developed with due regard to the needs of STG employees and is based upon the international practices, academic know-how, and actual experience of the divisions.

JSC STG completed the overhaul of Molchanovo Substation in Troitsky and Novomoskovsky Administrative Okrugs of Moscow.
JSC STG performed renovation of Molodezhnaya Substation in the Vyborg District of the Leningrad Region. The project was the first one to be implemented in cooperation with PJSC Lenenergo.
Stroytransgaz received the “Company of the Year 2016” award in the “Infrastructure Construction” category.

An in-house test laboratory has been launched. The new unit was certified by Independent Construction Testing and Appraisal Centre (ICTAC), an autonomous nonprofit organization, confirming that it is technically qualified to test building materials, products, and civil structures.
Stroytransgaz has completed to install the span on the right side of the Krasnogorsk overpass crossing the Moscow Railway’s Riga railroad as part of the construction of the first start-up facility of the multi-level interchange at the junction of Volokolamskoye Highway and Ilyinskoye Highway.
Construction of a special 285 km long crossing over the Don river as part of the 500 kV OHPL Rostovskaya - Andreyevskaya - Vyshesteblievskaya (Taman) project has been completed.
STG signed a contract for phase 1 (preparation period) of the Bagaevsky hydroelectric complex construction on the Don river, near Arpachin hamlet in Rostov region. The project will be implemented to solve the problems of navigation in the Volga-Don waterway and water supply of the Rostov and Volgograd regions.
JSC Stroytransgaz started the construction of the third start-up complex of the multi-level transport interchange at the intersection of the Volokolamskoe and Ilyinskoe Highways.
JSC Stroytransgaz signed a contract for renovating the utility structures of Bolshoye Savino Airport Complex located at 15 km from Perm.
A section of the 500 kV OHPL Rostovskaya - Andreyevskaya - Vyshesteblievskaya (Taman) with the length of 285km was put under voltage. It is one of the key facilities aimed at ensuring electrical power supply in the Republic of Crimea.
Construction of a line section of the Leningradskaya – Belozerskaya 750kV OHPL with the length of 282km was completed. The new OHPL will ensure electrical power transmission in the central and western parts of Russia, including Kaliningrad Region.
Sergei Sobyanin opened a digital substation (DS) 110 kV "Medvedevskaya", the first in the Moscow region, with a capacity of 160 MVA located at the Skolkovo Innovation Center.
Repair of an overpass above Yaroslavl direction railway section close to Kolontaevo village in Noginsky District of the Moscow Region was finalized ahead of schedule.
STG signed a contract for reconstruction of Tupoleva street in Zhukovsky city of the Moscow Region.
In the structure of the testing laboratory of JSC Stroytransgaz, a non-destructive testing laboratory (NDTL) has started its operations. The main line of its work is quality control of metal structures welded joints.
The regular traffic was opened on the two-lane motorway overpass at the intersection of Dmitrovskoye and Rogachevskoye Highways in the framework of the Reconstruction of the section of Moscow-Dmitrov-Dubna motorway project.
STG has signed a contract for construction works under the project of onshore and offshore infrastructure development in Gelendzhik. The project provides for the erection of a state-of-the-art seaport that will be able to admit passenger vessels of various classes, as well as the creation of a yacht marina that will admit and serve as a base for at least 200 yachts on a year-round basis.
A contract was signed for the reconstruction of the Central Embankment named after the 62nd Army in Volgograd.
JSC STG finished assembling of end segments of Frunzensky Bridge superstructure over the Samara River, which is a part of Frunzensky bridge crossing facilities.

The Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia (Rostechnadzor) has provided Stroytransgaz with a surveying license allowing it to build underground structures and facilities (underground railway facilities, road tunnels, etc.).

A number of contracts have been concluded for implementation of projects in the road traffic sector of the Moscow Region: - Phase 1 of Oktyabrsky avenue reconstruction in Lyubertsy, Moscow Region - construction of a motor road within “Rublevsky Proezd – New Exit to the Moscow Ring Road from federal highway M1 “Belarus” Moscow–Minsk” section - construction of Phase 1 of the transport junction at the crossing of M-10 “Russia” motorway and Repina street in Khimki, Moscow Region - Phase 1 of reconstruction of “Lobnya-Sheremetyevo Airport” motor road, etc.
Stroytransgaz JSC has been appointed the general contractor for design and survey work, construction of cultural and educational facilities in Kaliningrad, Vladivostok, Kemerovo, and in the South of Russia. The facilities are being built under the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation “On National Goals and Strategic Objectives of the Russian Federation Development till 2024”. The facilities construction is one of the largest cultural projects of the recent years.
An agreement has been signed with the Governor of the Ryazan Region for construction by Stroytransgaz JSC of the Polyana Multifunctional Centre for Families With Adopted Children and transfer of the title thereto to the region.
The first (preparatory) phase of the Bagaevsky hydroelectric complex construction in the Rostov Region, included in the inland water transport development strategy of the Russian Federation till 2030, has been completed.
The Frunzensky bridge in Samara, which is of great importance for the transportation system of the Samara Region, has been opened for traffic.
Construction of the sports and recreation cluster “Academy Spartak”, consisting of a complex of ice arenas, in the Moscow Sokolniki Park has been completed.

Stroytransgaz is extending its portfolio of projects in hydraulic engineering – contracts have been signed to strengthen a section of the Sea of Okhotsk in Magadan and to preserve hydraulic structures of the international sea terminal in progress at the Pionersky port of the Kaliningrad Region.
Stroytransgaz JSC has completed the reconstruction of the “Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya Museum” of military history – a facility socially important for historical memory preservation – in record-breaking time for the 75th Anniversary of the Victory.
Digital transformation of the Stroytransgaz holding has been launched. A modernized, digital-based management system will improve in-house processes, will speed up data processing and right decision making, will give impetus to the company’s development and will affect it in general.
Stroytransgaz JSC has completed reconstruction of the airport in the Solovetsky Islands. The project execution has enabled to significantly improve the paved runway performance so that the airport could handle modern heavier aircrafts, ensure the required level of passenger safety, and double the airport throughput capacity.
Stroytransgaz JSC has been appointed the Design and Construction Contractor for the first 80 km section of the under-construction Moscow–Nizhny Novgorod–Kazan Highway M-12. The new highway is included in the global Europe–West China government project that was initiated by China Chairman Xi Jinping and supported by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The project implies the restoration of the Silk Road that connected Europe and China for more than a thousand years.

The multifunctional sports and recreation cluster “Academy Spartak” reconstructed by Stroytransgaz, has been opened in one of the largest and most visited parks of Moscow – the Sokolniki. The cultural heritage site, where the global tennis stars trained – M. Sharapova, A. Kournikova, E. Kafelnikov, A. Myskina, M. Safin, E. Kulikovskaya, A. Chesnokov, N. Ozerov, S. Andreev, K. Borisova, and others – was completely reconstructed and retrofitted in record time, in just 1 year and 5 months.
Stroytransgaz has completed the driving of piles and pipetubular sheet piles into the foundation of the Southern pier of the onshore and offshore infrastructure facilities in the seaport of Gelendzhik. A seaport capable of receiving passenger ships of various classes will appear here in 2022. The new yacht complex will be the largest facility of this kind in Russia.

Cultural and educational complexes have been launched in Kaliningrad and Kemerovo.
Stroytransgaz and LLC KitayStroy – Russian representative office of China’s leading construction company and one of the world’s major construction contractors China State Construction Engineering Corporation – have entered into a cooperation agreement for execution of the project for construction of a museum, theatre and educational complex in Vladivostok
Phase 2 of the Bagaevsky hydroelectric complex – the largest project in the Southern Federal District – started in the Rostov Region
7 construction facilities have been completed, with some of them completed ahead of schedule. The opening ceremony for one of these facilities – the transport interchange in Khimki, Moscow region, which had been completed one year ahead of schedule – was attended by Vladimir Putin, Russian President.

In the Vladimir region 48 km out of 80 km of M-12 highway were commissioned almost 2 years ahead of schedule. The ceremonial launch of the traffic was given personally by Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation.
In Lobnya a full-fledged traffic on Lobnensky Highway was opened. As a result of this project execution, the number of lanes was increase from 3 to 8, the bridge over the Meshcherikha river was overhauled.
In the Moscow region construction of the tunnel in Tupolevа street in Zhukovsky was completed. The road was expanded from 2 to 8 lanes, and a two-level interchange was built.
Also construction of a new exit to the Moscow Ring Road from M-1 “Belarus” was completed in Odintsovsky urban district of the Moscow region. The new section has a total length of 4.1 km.
In the Perm Territory the bridge over the Chusovaya river have been built and put into operation, which is 1.5 km long and has two traffic lanes in each direction. 5 MRI rooms and 3 rooms for angiographic procedures were equipped.
Reconstruction of the central embankment in Volgograd is finished. Andrey Bocharov, Governor of Volgograd region, together with hundreds of citizens and guests of the region, evaluated the results of the comprehensive work.
In 2022, Stroytransgaz Group completed construction of 4 inter-settlement gas pipelines and 3 gas distribution stations, ensuring the technical feasibility of gas supply. To date, 231 km (100%) of gas pipelines have been welded and laid, and 23 (100%) gas distributors have been installed.
In 2022, large-scale preparatory work were carried out at the main phase of Bagaevsky hydroelectric complex construction. The main types of work at the site include arrangement of the sheet piling for the main excavation for construction of the shipping lock chamber and the spillway dam. Construction of mooring and approach channels was started.. The works to lower the level of underground water (water lowering) in the head control gate pit and in the channel path were performed at the site of the fish bypass and spawning channel. The level of the head control gate pit is brought to the design elevation.
In the cultural and educational complex in Kemerovo, dormitories of the Siberian branch of the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts with the stadium, the depository for the museums of fine arts of the Kemerovo region with restoration workshops and the apartment building for employees of the educational complex were built.
In the cultural and educational complex in Kaliningrad, five houses with 387 office apartments for actors and teachers, as well as a dormitory for future students of the Baltic Higher School of Music and Dramatic Arts were constructed. In September 2022, Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, visited the construction site of the cultural and educational complex and personally appreciated the high pace of construction.
