The STG Group companies are actively involved in the construction and reconstruction of civil facilities, including large sports facilities, hotels and shopping malls, as well as associated infrastructure. Currently STG Group focuses on the construction of sports facilities, i.e. stadiums and sports centres. For example, SIBUR ARENA sports centre was officially opened in St Petersburg in September 2013 and is unique in its multi-functionality.
STG is one of the largest international contractors in the field of oil and gas construction. The company has successfully implemented a number of projects in Russia and foreign countries, including Algeria, Belarus, Greece, Czech Republic, Turkmenistan, India, Iraq, Iran, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Syria, Sudan, Turkey, and Finland. In 2007, STG became the first Russian contractor to enter the market of Saudi Arabia.
STG Group has been implementing projects in industrial construction since 2003. The first facilities were the chemical weapon destruction facility in the Kurgan Region and electrolytic processing buildings for the Khakassky aluminium plant.
