Stroytransgaz Group is entering a new year. We can all be justly proud of what the STG team has accomplished in 2022.

Infrastructure Projects

For Stroytransgaz Group, 2022 was a fruitful year in infrastructure construction.

In the Vladimir region 48 km out of 80 km of M-12 highway were commissioned almost 2 years ahead of schedule. The ceremonial launch of the traffic was given personally by Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation.

In the Perm Territory the bridge over the Chusovaya river have been built and put into operation, which is 1.5 km long and has two traffic lanes in each direction. The Chusovskoy bridge is also one of five road projects being implemented in Russia under public-private partnerships.

In the Moscow region construction of the tunnel in Tupolevа street in Zhukovsky was completed. The road was expended from 2 to 8 lanes, a two-level interchange was built and the traffic situation has improved for several districts in the region.

In Lobnya a full-fledged traffic on Lobnensky Highway was opened. As a result of this project execution, the number of lanes was increase from 3 to 8, the bridge over the Meshcherikha river was overhauled.

Also construction of a new exit to the Moscow Ring Road from M-1 “Belarus” was completed in Odintsovsky urban district of the Moscow region. The new section has a total length of 4.1 km.

Active work was started on the reconstruction of the road in Oktyabrsky Prospekt in Lyubertsy. Construction of the main element – the overpass between Krasnaya and Smirnovskaya streets – was started.

In 2022, Stroytransgaz Group entered into three new contracts in the Moscow region:

- design and reconstruction of a section of Kashirskoye Highway. The road will be expanded to 6-8 traffic lanes, 3 elevated walkways and 4 overpasses will be built;

- design and construction of “Molokovskoe Highway – Nizhnee Myachkovo” motor road. The road will appear as part of the construction of a new route of the Volodarskoye Highway. The road will be over 5 km long and will have 4 to 6 lanes.

- construction of an approach road to the village of Bogdanikha. A four-lane high-speed highway with a length of 5.6 km, one elevated walkways, and two overpass will appear in this area.

Four new contracts were also signed for development of road transport infrastructure in the Magadan Region. Each of them is aimed at overhaul of “Kolyma” highway, which runs from Yakutsk to Magadan.

In addition, in the city of Magadan, improvement of the bank protection facilities along Port Highway from Mayak Park to Morskoy Square is at its final stage. The main work was completed in 2022, next year only small architectural forms at sports and playgrounds are to be installed.

In 2022, Stroytransgaz signed the contract for completion of phase 1 of the reconstruction of “Bolshoe Savino” airport in Perm. Engineering surveys will be carried out at the facility and project documentation will be developed.

To ensure navigation on the Don River, Stroytransgaz Group builds the Bagaevsky Hydroelectric Complex in the Rostov Region, which is an important transport infrastructure facility for the whole country. In 2022, large-scale preparatory work were carried out at the main phase of construction.

Industrial and Civil Engineering

The flagship projects of our company include construction of cultural and educational complexes in Kaliningrad, Vladivostok, Kemerovo and Sevastopol. 45 cultural facilities with a total area of over 600 thousand square metres are being built in four cities. Since September 2022, MTEC facilities have been commissioned with enviable regularity, 16 facilities have been constructed and commissioned.

On Russky Island, the bulk of work has been completed at 6 construction sites – the educational building of the branch of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography, boarding schools for students of the branch of the Central Music School and the branch of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography, the Educational Centre and two residential buildings for teachers. Statements on compliance of the constructed facility with the requirements of technical regulations and design documentation (SoC) were received.

The construction readiness of 3 more buildings is close to 100%. Now all buildings on Russky Island are under the procedure for receiving statements on compliance with state construction supervision.

Over the past year, the building of the museum and dramatic complex on the Orlinoye Gnezdo hill has grown by 36 meters. During the year, more than 32 thousand cubic meters of concrete were used, which is about 50% of the total amount of concrete that will be used in the construction of the facility. Excavation work, reinforcement of the excavation walls with bored piles, construction of the underconcrete base, protective layer and waterproofing were completed.

Kaliningrad

Five houses for 387 corporate apartments were completed for actors and teachers of the educational cluster in autumn of 2022. Residential premises are fully equipped based on the “move in and live” principle. Construction of the campus for students of the Baltic Higher School of Music and Dramatic Arts is completed as well. Statements of compliance have been obtained.

In 2022, the expansion joint at the building of the Tretyakov Gallery Branch was grouted, so the building gained integrity. On the 50-meter administrative tower, the mullion-transom system with a total area of ​​2.4 thousand square meters is fully installed.

The building of the Opera and Ballet Theatre has the most complex design. An architectural feature of the building is a suspended console with an 80-meter overhang, which has no bearing point. Construction of the foundation frame has been completed. Erection of vertical structures is in progress – the elevation of 10.8 meters above ground level has been reached. The load-bearing structures are 40% ready.

The building of the Baltic Higher School of Music and Dramatic Arts is striving upwards. The building has raised to the level of the fourth floor. The load-bearing structures are 70% ready.

In September 2022, Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, visited the construction site of the cultural and educational complex and personally appreciated the high pace of construction.

The main event of 2022 was the completed construction of: the Museum depository with a restoration centre; the campus of the Siberian Branch of the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts; the residential building for the teaching staff.

The Higher School of Music and Dramatic Arts, Branch of the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts, is 93% completed.

Museum and Theatre Complex is also continued unabated (26% completion rate). Erection of load bearing structures for Russian Museum, Cinema and Concert Complex and Opera and Ballet Theatre is underway, taking over 600 tons of steelwork assembled.

South of Russia

The multi-apartment residential building received a statement of compliance on December 23, 2022. There are 238 apartments in the monolithic building. More than 700 trees and shrubs were planted for landscaping of the territory.

Monolithic and facade works on the Academy of Choreography, including glazing, are fully completed in 2022. More than 85% of the rough finish of the premises is completed. In four of the six block sections, pre-finishing work was completed by 40%.

Building of the Opera and Ballet Theatre. Installation of embedded items for steel structures was completed in early October. In 2022, a significant amount of monolithic work was completed at the facility, the overall readiness is now 97%. Over the year, the Theatre building has grown from the minus third level (the third underground floor and service parking) to the eighth (technical) floor.

Reconstruction of the central embankment in Volgograd is finished. Andrey Bocharov, Governor of Volgograd region, together with hundreds of citizens and guests of the region, evaluated the results of the comprehensive work. A modern beautiful multifunctional space has become a real gift for all residents on the occasion of the 433rd anniversary of the hero city.

Medicine

In 2022, Stroytransgaz also completed installation of 5 MRI rooms and 3 rooms for using the angiographic system in Moscow and in the Moscow region. These are high-tech modern medical facilities.

Gas Projects

In 2022, Stroytransgaz Group completed construction of 4 inter-settlement gas pipelines and 3 gas distribution stations, ensuring the technical feasibility of gas supply. To date, 231 km (100%) of gas pipelines have been welded and laid, and 23 (100%) gas distributors have been installed.

In September 2022, the Korsakov gas pipeline and gas distribution station, one of the most long-awaited facilities on Sakhalin, was solemnly launched on the island.

At one more station on Sakhalin Island – the “Yuzhnaya” gas distribution station – hydrostatic testing of the linear part of the gas pipeline, block valve stations and process pipelines of the gas distribution station was successfully completed. A tie-in to the main gas pipeline was made.

In 2022, the solemn launch of gas took place in Yuryevets, Ivanovo Region. The length of the gas pipeline branch is 46.5 km.

In 2022, construction of inter-settlement gas pipelines was also completed with the technical possibility of gas supply to consumers in the Arkhangelsk Region with a length of 11 km, in the Leningrad Region with a length of 19.7 km, in the Perm Territory with a length of 24.2 km of the main line and a gas pipeline on Sakhalin Island with a length of 66.6 km from the Tymovskoye GDS to consumers in the Tymovsky District and Aleksandrovsk-Sakhalinsk.

Energy Sector Construction

Stroytransgaz Group completed construction of the 220 kV Kupchinskaya transformer substation. By the end of 2022, individual and complex equipment tests were carried out at the substation, documents were submitted for obtaining SoC.

Throughout the year, STG took part in major industry-related events. Among the significant events are the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Transport Week, the International Specialized Exhibition “Road 2022”, where the company presented its key projects and reached agreements with business partners on further cooperation.

All these achievements involve a share of labour of every employee. Throughout its 32-year history, the Stroytransgaz Group has repeatedly proven that it can successfully address issues of any complexity. The key to achievements is the highest professionalism, coordinated work, and the support of federal and regional authorities. The employees successfully mastered the latest technologies in construction and actively deployed the STG production system at construction sites. Many colleagues were awarded departmental certificates and letters of appreciation.

We are grateful to each of you for the productive business year of 2022. In 2023, we must maintain the high level of productivity and achievement. Solidarity, teamwork, and maximum use of labour resources are now more important than ever.
