Teams at the BHC site

"Bagaevsky Hydroelectric Complex is a large facility of federal importance. Don student teams have long been waiting for the opportunity to work on such a project, gain real construction experience and make their personal contribution to development of the region," said Ivan Danilenko, leader of Quiet Don winter student construction project.

Alexander Frolov from Karyatid SCT told us about the work of student teams on the construction site of Bagaevsky Hydroelectric Complex. "Our team worked in the Production Technology Department (PTD). We made drawings for as-built documentation and hidden works certificates. Thanks to this experience, I as a student now better understand the essence of construction, the aspects associated with its organization and what knowledge gained at the university would be useful in practice. STG's approach to work is professional, our colleagues are competent and responsive. If I have a chance, I would love to work for this company."

After the working day, the students wound down by competing on the "creative field," made models of the buildings of the future and participated in photo and video contests. Works presented as part of the contests were assessed by artistic performance and information content. In this area (commissar activities), the winner was Mario SCT. And Yegor Shein from Rave SCT was named the best commissar. Dmitry Amelin (Pride SCT) was named the best team leader responsible for social work, discipline and team spirit.

"Today, student teams are doing great job by contributing to development of the regions where they work. Coming to work, many students have only theoretical knowledge. You showed a very important ability to work in a team and gained practical knowledge. Student teams is a great opportunity not only to earn money, but to help the companies you join. I am glad that you had a chance to work at BHC, a strategically important facility for the entire country. I hope that our cooperation will continue in the future, and after graduating from educational institutions you will join Stroytransgaz Group. I wish you creative and professional success," Andrey Abramov, Head of the Civil Works Section of BHC, addressed the students.
