Construction of Onshore & Offshore Infrastructure Facilities in Gelendzhik

The Stroytransgaz Group is working on the construction of offshore and onshore infrastructure facilities in Gelendzhik, Krasnodar Region. The work is underway as part of the Development of Russia’s Transportation System governmental programme.

A modern port will be built on the Black Sea coast, it will be able to handle passenger vessels, small-size motor vessels, and sailing vessels of various classes. One of the main elements that are built during construction of such facility is the quay piers.  These are fencing hydraulic structures that protect the water area from sea waves and form the marina itself. At the Gelendzhik site, the South quay pier is 100% ready and the North quay pier is 85% ready by now. The quay piers are equipped with 5 berths, where the main construction works have been completed. Work is underway to improve the Northern Pier, berths and protect banks, and general site utility networks are being laid.
