Finishing works are in progress at the rest of the island cluster, and at Eagle's Nest Hill the builders have reached a height of more than 24 m above ground level.

Nearly 1,600 people are on duty every day at the two sites of Stroytransgaz-Vostok. Most of them are engaged at the facilities of Culture and Education Complex on Russky Island, where construction works are nearing completion, and every week more and more rooms are getting finished.

Construction of the buildings of Education Centre, the educational facility of the Academy of Choreography and the boarding house of the Central Music School is fully completed. Exterior finishing and landscaping are completed for all facilities. Finishing and pre-commissioning of residential buildings and the Branch of the Central Music School are in full swing. Soil excavation, pit deepening and shoring have been completed here. Foundation slabs are almost complete. Work continues on the construction of vertical monolithic structures of the museum and educational segments: reinforcement, formwork and concreting.

Almost 30,000 m3 of concrete and 4,000 t of rebars were consumed, that is 42% of the total scope of monolithic structures. Preparatory works for utilities installation are underway. The facility should be completed by the end of 2024.

For reference:

Stroytransgaz Group, at the commission of the National Cultural Heritage Foundation for Social and Cultural Projects, as mandated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, is building a Culture and Education Complex in Vladivostok. The construction is underway at two sites.
Preparatory works for the commissioning of facilities of Russia’s largest campus of culture and education institutions at Russky Island are underway: Branches of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography and the Central Music School, the Educational Centre with a canteen and a swimming pool, boarding schools for students, a dormitory for RSIPA students, as well as three apartment buildings for teachers and artists will be located there.
The second site of the culture and education cluster is located on the Eagle’s Nest Hill, the highest point in the historical part of Vladivostok. This large-scale complex will accommodate Branches of the State Hermitage, the Tretyakov Gallery, the Museum of Oriental Arts, Russian State Institute of Performing Arts, School of Creative Industries, and the Mariinsky Theatre’s stage.
In addition to the capital of the Primorsky Territory, Stroytransgaz Group is building culture and education complexes in three more Russian cities. The projects are adapted to domestic conditions and standards by the design organisation GORKA Group.
