Oleg Kozhemyako thanked for the work aimed at creating the cultural future of the Far East.

“I am glad to welcome you on this day, which is very important for the industry. We can see here builders from different cities and regions, from the west to the east, there are representatives of Moscow, Siberia, the Far East, including the Primorye Territory and Belarus. Soon, specialists from Kaliningrad will arrive. All this speaks of the project importance, consolidation of great efforts required to build such facilities, – Oleg Kozhemyako said. – My father worked as Deputy Head for Construction of Primorskaya Hydroelectric Power Plant. I remember that in the 1960s-1970s, echelons of workers from Belarus, Ukraine, Estonia, central Russia, and Siberia came here. Later many of them settled down here, started a family. These traditions are being revived. When we’re speaking about large projects, it is the involvement of people with necessary competencies from all over the country that makes it possible to implement them efficiently and on time. I want to thank you for the important and necessary work, for the work that you are doing. Right here and right now you are creating the cultural future of the Far East and the entire Russia with your own hands.”
