In 2023, young talents from all over the Far East will enter the branches of the country's leading cultural educational institutions. 550 students of different ages will be trained here.

At the same time, work continues on the second construction site – Orlinoye Gnezdo Hill. Soil excavation, pit deepening and shoring have been completed here. The last foundation slabs are almost poured, vertical structures are under erection – almost 30,000 cubic meters of concrete and 4,000 tons of reinforcement have been used, which amounts to 42% of the total scope of monolithic works. Preparatory works for utilities installation are underway. The facility should be completed by the end of 2024.

‘This is a grandiose project, which is designed to solve many problems of providing the regional market with professional personnel in the field of art. It will bring new parameters of cultural landscape to the region’s life. This complex will unite all areas of art and will provide an opportunity, especially for young people, to receive education and self-realization here. It is a great honour for us that we have got the opportunity to implement such grandiose tasks, history is happening before our eyes,’ Nina Shulgina, Director of the RGISI branch said.

During the press tour, the journalists saw with their own eyes the premises where children will study, appreciated the territory landscaping, admired the views from the observation locations and learned about the cluster specifics. The media representatives used the acquired knowledge in the preparation of publications and TV spots, including on federal channels.

The project of cultural and educational complexes is implemented at the request of the National Cultural Heritage Foundation for Social and Cultural Projects. The task of creating four regional cultural centres in Vladivostok, Kemerovo, Kaliningrad and in the South of Russia was set in the Address to the Federal Assembly, 2018 by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. According to the Head of State, cultural, educational and museum complexes will feature concert halls, theatre, musical, choreographic and other art schools, as well as exhibition spaces where the country's leading museums will be able to present their expositions.
