Building ready for commissioning

All construction, installation and commissioning works at two facilities of the Siberian Culture and Education Complex were completed: multi-apartment building for employees of Education Complex and depository for fine arts museums of Kemerovo Region housing restoration workshops. Completion notices for Stroynadzor are under preparation.

Almost all of Stroytransgaz Group projects are delivered on turnkey basis. The facilities in Kemerovo are not an exception. Furniture and appliances were assembled and positioned in the residence building for the teachers. Installation of process equipment in museum depositary is of particular interest.

Building of the Siberian Branch of the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts

Completion of the Higher School of Music and Dramatic Arts, Branch of the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts, is 92%. Finishing works are underway here; fitting of pre-fabricated internal stained-glass windows, as well as installation of internal utilities and systems are in progress.

 Museum and Theatre Complex is also continued unabated (25% completion rate). Despite the bitter cold that set in Kuzbass back in November, formwork assembly and concrete acceptance continue (47,000 m3 in total). Erection of Russian Museum, Cinema and Concert Complex and Opera and Ballet Theatre is underway, taking over 1,000 tons of steelwork assembled. Construction of brick partition walls has started in the basement.

As part of the Siberian Cultural Complex construction project by Stroytransgaz-Siberia JSC, the following venues will be built in Kemerovo: Opera and Ballet Theatre (a Branch of the State Academic Mariinsky Theatre); Museum & Exhibition Centre (a Branch of the Russian Museum); Kuzbass Centre of Arts with a Cinema and Concert Complex (designed by Coop Himmelb(l)au, Austria); Siberian Campus of the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts with the Creative Industries School; Museum depository with a restoration centre; 2 buildings to accommodate educators and performing artists.

Already built and commissioned are: Branch of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography with a boarding school; Siberian Branch of the Central Music School — Academy of Performing Arts with a boarding school; Regular school with two swimming pools; Campus of the Siberian Branch of the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts with a stadium.
