STG-Vostok has completed construction of three more facilities on Russky Island

Two out of three apartment buildings are ready for handover to users 

Two apartment buildings and the second boarding school were commissioned by the builders of the cultural and educational complex in Vladivostok. Thus, the total number of facilities ready for handover to cluster users has increased. Work in the remaining buildings is at the final stage.

In the last week of the expiring year, the boarding school for students of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography was inspected for compliance with the requirements of urban fire safety legislation, sanitary, technical and other standards. All utilities are connected, start-up procedures have been successfully completed, and the facility is ready for commissioning.

The building of the boarding school of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography is designed to accommodate all 250 students of this educational institution. There are 66 residential blocks on four floors, 22 of which are adapted for people with mobility impairments. Each block has two double living rooms, a bathroom with a separate washbasin, toilet, and shower, a dressing room, and a spacious common hall.

In addition, each floor of the boarding school has rooms for joint leisure activities of students, recreation rooms, and self-study spaces. On the ground floor, there is a first-aid post with an isolation ward, and thanks to the heated overground crossing, students can quickly and comfortably get to the educational building.

Construction of two apartment buildings has also been completed. Each of the 7-storey buildings is designed for 332 people. Of 130 apartments, 66 are single-room, 50 are two-room and 14 are three-room ones.

Stroytransgaz-Vostok, at the commission of the National Cultural Heritage Foundation for Social and Cultural Projects, as mandated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, is building a cultural and educational complex in Vladivostok. The construction is underway at two sites.

Preparatory works for the commissioning of facilities of Russia’s largest campus of culture and education institutions at Russky Island are underway: Branches of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography and the Central Music School, the Educational Centre with a canteen and a swimming pool, boarding schools for students, a dormitory for RSIPA students, as well as three apartment buildings for teachers and artists will be located there.

The second site of the culture and education cluster is located on the Orlinoye Gnezdo Hill, the highest point in the historical part of Vladivostok. This large-scale complex will accommodate Branches of the State Hermitage, the Tretyakov Gallery, the Museum of Oriental Arts, Russian State Institute of Performing Arts, School of Creative Industries, and the Mariinsky Theatre’s stage.

In addition to the capital of the Primorsky Territory, Stroytransgaz Group is building culture and education complexes in three more Russian cities. The projects are adapted to domestic conditions and standards by the design organisation GORKA Group.
