Mikhail Balabanov, president of the National Cultural Heritage Foundation, visited the construction site of the cultural and educational complex in Kaliningrad. The main focus of the visit was to discuss the landscaping of the grounds surrounding the Tretyakov Gallery branch building, the construction of which is nearing completion.

Together with Dmitry Rzhannikov, General Director of STG-Zapad, Mikhail Balabanov took part in a meeting at the Government of the Kaliningrad Region. To date, the sides are agreeing on a landscaping project, which required separate attention to the details.

The building's perimeter will be very green, with decorative "hills" between 0.6 and 1.2 meters high.
