"Stroytransgaz-Vostok continues construction of the Cultural and Educational Complex on the Orlinoe Gnezdo hill. Construction of a cast-in-situ frame is 89% complete. In the future branch of the Mariinsky Theatre, vertical and horizontal reinforced concrete structures are being built at the level of the 6th floor and an elevation of 33 meters above ground level has been reached. At the site of the School of Creative Industries, the construction of internal staircases has been completed.

The construction of the cast-in-situ frame of the Cultural and Educational Complex is being completed on the Orlinoe Gnezdo hill in Vladivostok. The volume of accepted concrete at the Complex exceeded 60 thousand m3. The total area of the Complex will be ca. 70 000 m2.

Currently, active construction is being conducted in the area of the future theater. Here the sixth floor is being erected at the elevation of 33 meters from the ground level. Besides, the first tier of the auditorium is built. This will be a parterre. It should be reminded that the auditorium of the Mariinsky Theater stage is capable of seating 1,300 people.

In the future branch of RGISI and the School of Creative Industries, the concreting of internal staircases has been completed. The institute has a total of four floors, with each floor being at least 9 meters high.

The erection of staircase elements is being completed on the roof of the future museum. Formwork installation and concrete pouring is conducted at the elevation of 40 meters from the ground level. It is worth noting that the total area of the stepped roof of the museum is more than 1,000 square meters.

Stroytransgaz-Vostok, at the commission of the National Cultural Heritage Foundation for Social and Cultural Projects, as mandated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, is building a cultural and educational complex in Vladivostok.

The following branches will be located on Orlinoye Gnezdo hill, the highest point in the historic part of the city: The Tretyakov Gallery, the Russian State Institute of Stage Arts, the School of Creative Industries, and the Mariinsky Theater.

Already built and commissioned on Russky Island: branches of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography and the Central Music School, an Education Centre with a canteen and a pool, boarding houses for students, a dormitory for RGISI students, and three multi-apartment residential buildings for teaching staff and performing artists. Children started their education on Russky Island in September 2023.

Erection of the Cultural and Educational Complex facilities in Vladivostok started in 2019.
