A visiting meeting was held on the construction of an arts cluster in Kemerovo

A visiting meeting dedicated to the pre-commissioning of the first stage of the project was held in Kemerovo, at the construction site of the Museum, Theatrical and Educational complex.  The meeting was attended by a Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation V.G. Osintsev, representatives of the Government of the Kemerovo Region, the President of the National Cultural Heritage Foundation - the construction project owner - N.V. Volynskaya, the General Director of  Stroytransgaz JSC V.A. Lavlentsev, representatives of the general designer Gorka LLC, the management of the branches of the Central Music School, the Choreographic Academy, the Siberian branch of the Higher School of Music and Theater, as well as representatives of city companies that will provide utility connection of the facilities of the complex to the heat  and power networks. The attendees discussed the issues of water supply and water consumption, as well as issues related to engineering and technical support for the facilities of the complex. They also reviewed  options for optimal output of a number of electricity generation facilities.

Immediately in advance of the visiting meeting, N.V. Volynskaya, President of the National Cultural Heritage Foundation, invited representatives of cultural and educational institutions under construction to a meeting to discuss issues related to construction, drawing up a list of documents for licensing of educational institutions, passing various expert examinations, acceptance and maintenance of buildings, functionality of premises, special equipment . Many other important  issues of interaction were touched upon as well. N.V. Volynskaya: “We have personally inspected all premises at the construction site where children will study and live. A systemic approach is essential in our work, as well as optimization of interaction for the prompt resolution of issues and a high level of training in order to analyze and prepare in advance for the commissioning and licensing of educational institutions by the beginning of the new academic year. "

   

The construction of the educational complex is in an active phase; finishing works have already been started in the boarding house of the music school. The facilities of the complex will be put into operation as early as this year. The short-range plans stipulate connection to the city electricity and heat supply networks. “Construction work is in full swing and gain pace, serious positive dynamics has been achieved,”  - pointed out V.A. Lavlentsev, General Director of Stroytransgaz JSC.

The Museum, Theatre and Educational Complex will be of particular economic and social importance not only for the region, but also for the entire Siberia. The implementation of the project is personally monitored by the Governor of Kuzbass, S.E. Tsivilev. The multifunctionality of the Museum, Theatre and Educational Complex will contribute to creating conditions for improving the general level of culture and quality of life of Kuzbass and Siberia residents as a whole, will provide wide access for all categories and groups of population to the best pieces of world and national culture. Creation of the Complex will become a unique national educational project introducing the idea of expanding the cultural space of Russia and making the best national cultural achievements available to citizens of the Siberian macroregion.

New modern cultural, educational, and museum complexes are under construction in Kaliningrad, Kemerovo, Vladivostok, and in the South of Russia by order Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation. The facilities construction is one of the largest cultural projects of the recent years. They will be landmarks and pride of the regions.
