Stroytransgas was awarded a government contract for dismantling in Zelenograd Yuzhnaya Promzona

In February 2021, Stroytransgaz Group won a public competitive tender and signed a government contract for dismantling project with NM-Tech. The project scope of work includes dismantling of two buildings (located between the Angstrem plant and the main 4-storey building of Angstrem-T), a checkpoint, a pedestrian bridge connecting the buildings with the Angstrem plant, retaining walls and a heating network overpass.

The Task Order prescribes Stroytransgaz Group to pay special attention to dismantling of structural glass to prevent the spread of glass dust, and provide abundant watering of waste during the warm period at temperatures above +2 °C.

Currently empty industrial buildings with an area of 4041 and 14 985 sq. meters were built in 1975 and 1987 respectively on Georgievsky Prospekt and belonged to JSC Angstrem-T
In October 2019, the microchip company was declared bankrupt. The bankruptcy manager began to liquidate the plant's assets, including equipment and real estate. At the end of July 2020, both buildings were purchased for RUB 354.7 million by NM-Tech, a subsidiary of VEB.RF corporation

At the same time, Moscow Mayor's Office approved a “Yuzhnaya Promzona” Development Project aimed at demolition of the sold buildings and design and build of up to six 9-storey buildings for research and production purposes and a 30-storey administrative "tower" as part of "Technopolis" Moscow "" development.
