Location:

Russia, Ryazan region

Period

2019-2020 гг.

Stroytransgaz JSC is implementing a charitable project in the village of Polyany in Ryazan region, which includes construction of “Polyany” Centre for families with adopted children. The multifunctional centre will be intended to carry out activities for families with adopted children and to exchange experience with other similar families.

The village of Polyany in Ryazan region was selected as the construction site for the multifunctional centre for a reason. Here, socially important facilities are constructed and developed. In the neighbourhood there is a cottage town for foster families of the “Klyuch” charitable fund for children and vulnerable social groups. The area will accommodate the Children’s Centre, fire access road, parking space for 14 vehicles and a boiler house with the sanitary protection zone.

The Centre will include a psychological support service for families with adopted children, a crisis centre for children who have experienced violence, a family club, a universal hall for conferences, concerts and other entertainment events, which can be transformed into two training halls, premises for collective and individual classes for preschool children and teenagers.

The compositional consolidating centre of the building will be a two-light space, saturated with game and educational elements. This solution allows creating the most compact layout of other premises around it. This space is intended for creation of the atmosphere of the common hospitable house. It will host conferences, performances of amateur art groups and video shows. In between the space will be used as a playground for children.

The unit for children who have experienced violence will have an individual entrance. A group of specialists for social and psychological rehabilitation will work there.

Currently, “Arena Design Institute” LLC is developing design documentation. The roadmap for project execution has been signed by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Ryazan region. The construction is planned to be completed in July 2020.
