“SC Russian Highways has a tradition to try the new roads before opening to test them by wheels and feet — using bicycles. Today I have made my own contribution to this tradition — I, together with the road builders, have cycled 4 km from M-7 to M-12 junction near Petushki and almost to Staroye Annino village. I don't ride my bike as often as I'd like, but I have some experience in winter cycling, so I can tell you that the quality of the road is excellent. Thanks to the builders!” — said Governor of Vladimir Region.

“For M-12 construction, we use the most advanced materials, and we have no difficulties with their supply. We understand the significance of the highway, therefore we try to complete the work on time and, as practice shows, even ahead of schedule.” — emphasised the Chairman of SC Russian Highways Management Board.

48 km of the new highway were completed in record time — less than two years. Official launch of traffic on the entry section is scheduled on December 13.
